A note about turnaround time

I do try to finish commissions within a month (excluding more complex projects like vtuber models), but due to some medical issues it is difficult to set an accurate estimate.
I do struggle with chronic illness unfortunately so my work schedule is often times inconsistent and dependant on many factors. I am suspected of having ADHD (undiagnosed, but undergoing assessment) and very likely have ME/CFS, but I do not have access to treatment for these yet. Please be patient.
If you need something done within a certain amount of time, please tell me before we go ahead with the commission.

Terms Of Service

SFW Commissions

○ You need to be at least 13 years of age to commission me
○ I have the right to refuse any commissions I do not feel comfortable doing
○ At least 50% of the payment up front, the rest after the piece is done. This can be negotiated though
○ Refunds will only be issued if I cannot complete the work. Exceptions may be made in case of emergency.
○ As soon as the art is done you may use the art for personal use, no need for credit (although it would be appreciated). For commercial use, ask me.Will do
○ Furries, human, feral/animals, monsters, most things.
○ Stuff involving my characters (your character and my character playing video games for example)
○ If unsure feel free to ask :DThings that may be difficult to get right
○ Complex mechs (Simpler robots are fine!)
○ Vehicles
○ Detailed tactical gearWon't do
○ Racist, Sexist, Xenophobic, Queerphobic etc. art

NSFW Commissions

○ You need to be at least 18 years of age to commission NSFW pieces from me
○ I have the right to refuse any commissions I do not feel comfortable doing

○ Stuff involving some of my characters (Your character x my character for example)
○ I am okay with most common things, but if you're unsure feel free to ask :DWon't do
○ Feral or beastiality
○ Anatomically correct animal genitals
○ Loli/Shota/cub and related, underage or characters that are meant to look underage
○ Ageplay, raceplay, incest, incestual roleplay
○ Diapers, scat/farting, vomiting and similar. If it involves bodily waste or biohazards from the body it's most likely a no. Exceptions for blood (excluding menstrual blood)
○ Guro, disembowelment, wound fucking or similar. Cuts, wounds that are not being penetrated and bruises are allowed though.
○ Pregnancy and periods (It's a personal discomfort thing)
○ Racist, Sexist, Xenophobic, Queerphobic etc. art
○ Rape victim x rapist
○ Noncon
○ Other peoples characters that doesn't belong to you without permission, celebs or real people. Exception for published/popular characters unless the creator has stated that they do not want these characters sexualized.
○ Characters whose sexualization would be disrespectful to their beliefs, sexuality, story or what they represent (sex repulsed or celibate characters for example.)

Adoptables

○ Same age restrictions apply here
○ 100% payment up front, I currently don't offer any payment plans
○ No refunds
○ NSFW adoptables may not be assigned an age below 18
○ All rights to the characters belong to you after payment, including commercial
○ You may change the design however you want
○ Reselling is allowed, no scalping though
